'storage' writes a record per capability call and needs a storage adapter.

'storage'

content?: "full" | "digest"

What a record keeps of a call's target: a SHA-256 digest, or the target itself.

'digest'

retainDays?: number

Days effect records are kept; unset keeps them. Prunes the effect table only.
