Interface PostgresExporterOptions

Options of a PostgresExporter.

interface PostgresExporterOptions {
    schema?: string;
    missingConnection?: string;
    unsetEnvironment?: readonly string[];
}

Properties

schema?: string

The one schema to export, as pg_dump's --schema takes it, by its exact name. The exporter of a segmented adapter is given its segment, so the export holds the segment's tables alone. Default: the whole database.

missingConnection?: string

What an export says when there is no connection string. Default: that pg_dump needs one.

unsetEnvironment?: readonly string[]

libpq variables left out of pg_dump's environment. The exporter of a PostgreSQL adapter leaves out PGSSLNEGOTIATION: the connection URI it hands pg_dump holds the sslnegotiation the pool's own pg reads, which is none for a pg before 8.22.0, where libpq 17 and later would read the variable and start TLS otherwise than the pool. Default: none.
